We just want to thank everyone for your patience as we work through using our new phone system!

If you call and do not hear back from us within an hour or two, please try calling again. Unfortunately, we sometimes lose signal and may not receive calls or notifications right away.

Please remember we are a small, family-operated business. Along with serving our customers, we are also balancing family life and other jobs as well. We truly are doing our best to help everyone we can, as quickly as we can, while still offering the best prices possible.

We recently started using a new calling system for our business to help us stay on top of calls and better serve you!

There may be times when your call is answered by Samantha (the owner’s wife), and she’ll be happy to help you or get Issac to return your call as soon as he’s available.

If we happen to miss your call, you may receive an automatic text from a different number. You can absolutely text that number back, and we’ll get with you as quickly as possible!

We’re doing this to help prevent missed calls, especially when service is spotty or we’re with other customers.

We appreciate your patience and support as we get the hang of everything! 💛

Arledge Locksmith will be emergency calls only until the beginning of the new year. We are currently in the process of switching over work vehicles, and as you can imagine, that takes a little time.

If you do have a locksmith emergency, please call and leave a voicemail and/or send us a text message, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You’re also welcome to call or text to get on our schedule for the first of the year.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this transition is something that’s been much needed and will help us run our business more efficiently and serve you better.
