After four incredible years as Sunflower Lawn & Play Designs, I’m stepping into our next chapter.
I’m deeply grateful to our clients, partners, and community for trusting us with your properties and projects over the last four years. Your loyalty helped us grow, learn, and build something we’re incredibly proud of.
Today, I’m excited to share that we’re continuing that work under a new name: Northmark Property Services.

I am also excited to share that we are offering expanded services including professional mowing and snow removal, alongside the care and reliability you already know.
