"James was very professional. He knew exactly what to do and was very kind. I had 2 other companies to come look at my shower cartridge and they couldn't get the ring off the shower head. I was told I had to replace the entire valve body. The other company said they had to cut into the wall. James came and assured me he could get it off and he did. Installed new cartridge in less than 30 minutes." says Christopher on Google
