Washmore is looking for an experienced Controls Lead who can confidently lead installation projects from start to finish. If you've wired car wash control systems, troubleshot electrical issues, and know what it takes to lead a team while keeping projects on schedule, we want to hear from you.

🔧 WHAT YOU'LL DO:
✅ Lead car wash installations, remodels, and CAPEX projects nationwide
✅ Wire, program, and commission car wash control systems
✅ Troubleshoot electrical and controls-related issues in the field
✅ Mentor and train technicians on the jobsite
✅ Lead a team of 3–5 Install Technicians to successful project completion

⚡ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
✔️ Car wash controls experience is required
✔️ Experience with multiple car wash control systems (Sonny's, DRB, NXT, and others) is highly preferred
✔️ This is a 100% travel-based position with projects nationwide ✈️
✔️ Must be willing to work shoulder-to-shoulder with the installation team
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
