**Project Update**

We’re getting close to wrapping up our Iris Street project and wanted to share a little update! 🔥

Everything you see here was completed by Peppers Landesign Services. 💪

From the 5,000 sq. ft. heated driveway, front steps, and patio… to the 16-zone irrigation system… 150 yards of planter mix… raised planters… over 500 feet of concrete curbing… the hot tub deck and pergola setup… fire pit and seat wall… full landscaping… and over 10,000 sq. ft. of sod — this project has truly been an incredible transformation.

We took this project on like bosses, and it shows. 👊

Huge shoutout to everyone involved who helped bring this vision to life. We’re proud of what this team accomplished! 🙏

Watching you love, guide, and care for Braelyn and Brynleigh, is one of the greatest blessings of my life.
