We've installed liners from nearly every manufacturer under the sun, and many of them have been installed in their full product range up to 144" OD. From 1005' 132" HDPE to 10" HDPE, we can get the job done right, on time, and at the right price. Perfecting cellular grouting is a requirement in pipe lining. Having done this line of work for nearly a lifetime there is much to learn. We use a combination of swing tube and ball valve pumps based on the job requirements and monitor bars of pressure on a liner as it is grouted. Any weight (pcf) of grout can be achieved with our system. Each truck is weighed for quality control.
