Ok everyone... GIVEAWAY TIME!!!

When some good friends of yours have a grand opening at a new location, it makes the perfect opportunity to give some stuff away!

First and foremost stop by McKim's Honeyvine Winery today to check out their new location at 2 E Park Ave Columbiana, OH 44408... the place looks absolutely amazing and the wine is top notch. Opening Night is tonight!!!

If you want to make dramatic changes to your house without a full renovation. Flooring and paint. We ran about 2000 sq ft of flooring through this house and the difference is staggering. So much sleeker and instead of absorbing the light like the darker carpet did. It reflects back making the rooms look bigger and lighter.

In our line of work everyone starts out small... doing "handyman" type jobs, small decks, shower swaps, etc. Then as you build a book of business and referrals you get full bathroom remodels, kitchens, additions. Problem is... many companies forget about that jobs that got them to where they are. Since our start we have made it a point to never forget about the little jobs. The 25 minute drive to install 1 grab bar because they cannot do it themselves, the float fix on a toilet because someone else wanted to charge them $150.00 for a 10 minute fix. For a couple days here were going to show some of the smaller jobs we fit in as we go. Maybe it will get you thinking about something small we can help you with!

Boring plain old hallway no longer! Simple stick on wallpaper with a board and baton look. Low material cost and it completely changes the entire mood.

Its Deck Season!!

Beautiful 8x16 Honey Grove composite deck we got to do for a customer. Going to be a great place for her and the neighbor to sit every morning and drink their coffee and tea... which they have been doing every morning for 30+ years 😮!! Thank you so much to all of our great customers, we literally cannot do this without everyone's support!

This kitchen is almost unrecognizable...

We took down a separating wall to create a more open floor plan for the kitchen/breakfast nook. New cabinets. Tile floor. The beautiful hand hewn beam is actually wrapped around a support I-Beam we had to install. It was hand hewn by the homeowners father, which just adds something more for them to cherish for years to come. Theres just too many wonderful new things in this kitchen to list. We think it turned out absolutely stunning, and big shout out to Mike Witmer who did all the electric on this house remodel and helped us get all the light fixtures in place and working.

New builds and blank slate projects are great and look fantastic... but there's just something about taking something thats over 100 years old and giving it that modern look. Nothing is square, nothing is level, and yet it last decades longer than anything built today. We will be showing a couple posts centered around this beautiful farmhouse remodel. It took alot of time and patience for us and maybe even more so the homeowners. I am very please with our team as this was our biggest remodel to date and we learned alot. In order to grow into bigger and bigger projects you have to find people who are willing to let you test your boundaries. Every business out there started by doing something for the first time. Special thank you Petra and Eric, and even Tamie... who put up with us even when the project had setbacks, went over time, and over budget. We are not perfect and our work is not perfect but we try every step of the way to correct, alter, or compensate for any mistakes that will and do occur. And these guys were fantastic in working in unison to overcome obstacles. Well...take a look.

First were starting out with the master bath. This bathroom had a feature we have never seen before... you had to step out of the back of the shower to get to the attic door. So we flipped that entrance into the master bedroom and revamped with a tile shower and stand alone tub. Homeowner wanted a blue/gold color scheme and it came out amazing. Added a custom made vanity and linen closet. Herringbone shower floor with two custom insets in the shower wall.

New 5x5 twin window can really help open up those enclosed rooms. We live in Ohio... we need to take in as much natural light as we can with the freezing darkness looming only a few short months away 😢
