Roof is up and tied in! Electrical is underway.

This stage is about more than just wiring. It’s the time to fine-tune lighting, heaters, fans, outlets, and all the little details that make the space comfortable and personal.

One thing you’ll find throughout our jobsites is plans hanging on the walls.

As rough ins move forward, having cabinet plans on site gives everyone an easy reference for what’s coming next. It’s one of those small details that helps the project keep moving.

The main framing is wrapped up, and we’re now installing the decking along with the Trex RainEscape system. That means the space underneath the deck will stay dry and be just as usable as the space above it.

Next up, we’ll start tying in the new roof later this week, and it’s really going to start looking like the finished product.

Stay tuned—this is going to be an awesome outdoor space when it’s all said and done!

The details behind the walls matter.

The solid surface shower base is in (and protected), and the walls have been waterproofed with GoBoard in preparation for the solid surface panels.

It’s always exciting when a space starts moving from rough in work to finished surfaces. Proper waterproofing may not be the most visible part of a remodel, but it’s one of the things that helps a shower perform the way it should for years to come.

This stage has more energy to it — the house is finally becoming real.

A few weeks ago this was just dirt and concrete. Now you can start walking through rooms and seeing the layout take shape.

The Cedar ridge project is starting to turn the corner.

Demo is complete, electrical and plumbing work are underway, and the first pieces of the rebuild are going in. Looking forward to sharing this one as it continues to take shape.

Slab is poured and we’re ready to start framing.

Excited to keep this one moving and see it start taking shape over the next few weeks.

Slab prep underway.

Rock is spread and compacted to create a stable base before insulation, v***r barrier, and concrete. This step doesn’t get seen later, but it plays a big role in how the slab holds up over time.

Footings and stem walls are in. Plumbing is set.

Everything’s ready for the slab. Getting this stage right sets everything else up to go smoothly.
