Sorry again for the delay we are so bad at posting our work. We had a great time renovating for some of our favorite clients in Lititz. If you are thinking of open concept or just looking to change your space, don’t hesitate to give us a call, text, or email.

1st floor renovation in Lititz
Removed two load bearing walls, added recessed lighting, updated electric, new flooring, additional kitchen cabinets, crown molding and trim work. Front door and storm door.

Kitchen, first floor remodel, electric update throughout the home, refinished hardwood floors stairs and railings , remove load bearing walls in kitchen/livingroom and create open an open concept flooring plan, master bathroom remodel with tiles walk in shower.
Recessed lighting and ceiling fans added throughout the home.

Merry Christmas and happy holidays everyone. Sorry for the delay in posting our work for those of you who like it!

Here is a kitchen/ first floor remodel in Lampeter, pa
Removed most of the walls on the first floor between dining room, laundry, pantry, garage access. We recessed steel beams and LVL post and beams to create an open concept in the home.
We utilized cubby space in the garage to move the laundry room back 9’ and create new foot print for the kitchen.
We removed and added a new kitchen window layout, removed and replaced all flooring on the first floor, first floor was painted. Custom inset cabinets and backsplash provide by Precise kitchens

Added floor heat, pocket door, updated lighting, utilized an existing linen closet to accommodate another vanity, custom tiled shower,

Fireplace mantle and exterior siding remodel in School Lane Hills
Existing hearth, stone work, and wood mantle removed, gas insert was removed and replaced with larger insert.
Custom mantle built from Skamo Board (fireplace surround material) and wood
Flooring refinished where existing hearth was

Exterior gable ends of home had original wood siding. Siding was removed, new plywood and house wrap installed on gables. Installed Hardie Board cement Board and Batten siding. Painted to match exterior of home.
