Part of our management team recently had the opportunity to attend Envision 2026, a three-day business intensive hosted by Envisor Consulting.

We’re always looking for ways to grow, improve, and strengthen the way we lead and manage our business. Our team returned with new ideas, practical strategies, and more enthusiasm for making our organization even better.

Investing in continuous learning helps us better serve our employees, customers, and community. We’re excited to put these new insights into action and continue making Columbia a better place!
