For Yip Premier Real Estate’s new headquarters at 2200 Sumter Street, the project reimagined a historic building in Columbia’s Cottontown neighborhood while preserving the character that made the space worth keeping.

What began as an open, utilitarian shell was transformed into a flexible workplace that supports collaboration, client meetings and the firm’s continued growth. The finished space introduces modern functionality through features like movable glass partitions and adaptable meeting areas, while allowing the building’s original structure to remain part of the story.
