Happy National Planning Month! This month is all about celebrating the communities taking steps toward a stronger, more connected future - and Winnsboro is one to celebrate. Through the Rural Strategic Plan, developed in partnership with the South Carolina Department of Commerce, Winnsboro took an exciting first step in defining what comes next.

The planning process started with immersing ourselves in the community. Walking the streets, experiencing the public spaces, listening to local voices, and seeing Winnsboro firsthand helped bring its opportunities into focus.

Now comes the exciting part: seeing that vision move from a plan to action. We’re looking forward to seeing what Winnsboro implements throughout the community in the years ahead.

Topping Off at St. John Neumann Catholic Church! Rising from a vision first established through our collaboration on the church’s 2007 Master Plan, this new 800-seat church will create a lasting home for a growing and diverse parish.

This was a very special event, Father McDonald gave a moving blessing as a kaleidoscope of butterflies flitted around the steel and church music amplified through the site. We’re grateful to the St. John Neumann parish and our project partners who are helping bring this next chapter to life!

One of our interior designers, Amber, took inspiration from the season to curate a palette of earthy hues, natural wood tones, and rich textures. The result? A warm, layered combination that brings the feeling of fall indoors.

Let's visit a job site! Our architects keep boots in the trunk for days like this!
Construction is underway at Oregon Station Development in Uptown Greenwood, transforming a former industrial site into a 24,600-SF destination for retail, dining, entertainment, and community events. At the heart of the project is a terraced lawn and outdoor stage designed for live music, movies, and gathering.
We can’t wait to see this new community hub come to life and become a place for Greenwood to enjoy!
