A couple of days later I was sharpening another set of blades and realized the grinding pad was shot. You should have seen the sparks flying this afternoon with the new pad :)

Lawn boy without broadband for 5 days :( Hard on this internet addicted lawn boy, who eventually became a Computer Consultant with TMFloyd and Company! Love these scry screens as I have been using/creating them since the old time Electronic Bulletin Boards became available which were entirely character/text based. The powers to be finally closed all those independent operators driving them out of business developing our current state of scry screens.

Mowing grass in Columbia SC this July 8th, 2026. Real time mowing, long and boring right :) Extremely hot weather and tall tuff grass. Even though the blades were sharpened yesterday after a few were mowed, stragglers were still everywhere. Many passes to cut the stragglers and disperse the clippings. What a good day!

Franks yard care dot com for Franks Lawn Care mowed the one lawn scheduled for today as the helpers yard had major tree damage over night. So glad Mr Helper decided not to call in taking a day off. Don't know what I would have done without my stick man to make the yards crispy! The best helper in 16 years of hiring and firing.

Mowed three large lawns today. More than usual but sometimes I have to mow 2 or 3 a day. I shoot for one a day but scheduling weekly, bi-weekly and a bi-monthly, some times I have to do 3 :(

I was all setup to give some live action mowing with my 42 inch Gravely but as usual these stupid smart phones refused to work. Sledge hammer all bots! No good bots! No if somebody wants to send me a GoPro and Tripod, I'll produce some live action grass chucking vidjos for you!
