We’re coming up on completion for Harmony at Clear Creek. 👊

This one was the full package, with mass grading and excavation, sanitary and storm sewer installation, waterline services, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, and street construction.

A lot goes into getting a development like this across the finish line, and our crew has been putting in the work every step of the way.

The finished development will feature a mix of single-family and multifamily homes designed to support Shawnee’s growing community.

We’re back with another update on the FedEx ramp at the Kansas City International Airport. 👀

We’re getting close to the finish line as crews wrap up paving and joint sealing on the current phase, getting 90% of the ramp ready for air and ground traffic.

And with the holiday shipping rush right around the corner, there’s no time to waste. Once this phase is complete, we’ll move into demolition and begin reconstructing several smaller areas to keep the project moving toward completion.
