What an incredible day celebrating the grand opening of Rash Field Park Phase II!

Seeing the community come together, alongside Baltimore City leaders and project partners, was a powerful reminder of what makes projects like this so meaningful. It’s about more than building a park, it’s about creating places where people can connect, stay active, and make memories for years to come.

Big kudos to Waterfront Partnership and Mahan Rykiel Associates, Inc. for championing a space that reflects what makes Baltimore's waterfront so special - a place for the community to gather, play, and connect. We're proud to have helped bring that vision to life!

Another year, another Caw to Action!

In partnership with the Baltimore Ravens and United Way of Central Maryland, the Plano-Coudon team put our construction skills to work at the Harriet Tubman Cultural Center! We constructed and installed a raised garden bed designed to educate the community about culturally relevant foods. Then, we put our attention to detail to the test by cutting, folding, and assembling seed packets to be shared with the community.

Thanks to the Ravens and United Way of Central Maryland for another great day of teamwork, service, and community!

We’re officially settled in, Columbia!

After making the move to our new Columbia headquarters last year, we recently celebrated the completion of our office renovation with an official ribbon cutting!

A big thank you to the Howard County Economic Development Authority for joining us for the celebration, and to JP2 Architects and the entire Plano-Coudon team for helping bring this space to life. We’re especially grateful to the project team who helped turn our vision into a place we’re proud to call home.

We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate this next chapter for Plano-Coudon. Here’s to new memories and plenty of exciting things ahead!

Brett and Ryan recently joined the Building Effective Construction Teams class at Virginia Tech Myers-Lawson School of Construction to share their entrepreneurial journey with students in the Building Construction program.

From the highs and challenges of owning a business to the lessons they wish they’d known earlier in their careers, they gave students a real-world look at what it takes to build a successful career in construction.

And a special shoutout to our 2026 Virginia Tech summer interns, who came out to support Brett and Ryan and represent P-C in the classroom!

A big step forward at the Park West Health System Capital Expansion project!

The 15,000 SF, three-story addition is taking shape, with the third-level deck and entry-level slab now poured. The team is gearing up for the roof slab pour, with parapet CMU walls and framing soon on the horizon.

This expansion will help Park West Health System continue growing its medical, dental, and behavioral health services in Northwest Baltimore.
