A new chapter for Bocek Recreation Center!

We’re excited to celebrate the completion and re-opening of Bocek Recreation Center, a transformation that brings new opportunities for fitness, recreation, and community programming to Baltimore City.

The project included a new fitness area, PEMB gymnasium addition, renovations to the existing facility, and site improvements designed to enhance accessibility and the overall experience for park visitors.

We’re proud to have played a part in creating a refreshed and expanded space for the surrounding East Baltimore community. Here’s to many more years of connection and community at Bocek!

What better way to round out an awesome project than celebrating with a little pickleball with the project team?

Yesterday, Waterfront Partnership, Mahan Rykiel Associates, Inc., and P-C got together for one last sneak peek tour (and some friendly competition) at Rash Field Park – Phase II before it officially opens to the Baltimore community!

It’s been an incredible project to be a part of, and there’s no better feeling than seeing the spaces we’ve worked so hard to build finally ready for the community to enjoy!

Inside, outside, and moving forward!

Progress continues at Morgan State University's Harper-Tubman Residence Hall Renovation. Drywall is going up inside while work advances on the building skin and façade, bringing us another step closer to completion.

Tim is beginning his journey at Plano-Coudon in our Preconstruction Department, where he'll gain firsthand experience in the estimating, planning, and collaboration that lay the foundation for every successful project. This experience will provide valuable insight into what goes into winning work and setting projects up for success. We're excited to have Tim on board and look forward to seeing him grow with our team.

One phase down, one exciting transformation underway!

Phase 1 of our Alpha Biosciences project is officially complete!

The 5,300 SF ground-up addition connects the two existing buildings and provides a brand-new manufacturing and packaging space. Now, the team is fully underway with Phase 2, transforming the former manufacturing and quality control laboratory into new administrative offices and an upgraded quality control lab.

One phase complete, and plenty more progress to come!

Last week, alongside our partners at Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners, Studio Twenty Seven Architecture, and Capital Construction Group, we celebrated a major milestone for the DC Prep community: the groundbreaking of the new Edgewood Middle School campus!

This transformative project will renovate an existing 41,000 SF school facility into a modern middle school campus designed to serve approximately 330 students. The new campus will feature a cafeteria, gymnasium, courtyard, and more, creating an environment where students can learn, grow, and thrive.

We’re honored and excited to be part of a project that means so much to DC Prep, its students, families, and the community. Here’s to breaking ground on something truly special!

While students were enjoying summer break, our team was hard at work transforming Harmony D.C. School of Excellence Public Charter School in Washington, DC!

The project included an interior transformation and exterior refresh, creating updated, welcoming spaces throughout the building. From new finishes and fixtures to refreshed classrooms and common areas, every detail was thoughtfully upgraded to support students, staff, and the school community.

Now, the countdown to the first day can begin! We're excited to see these newly refreshed spaces support learning, collaboration, and growth for years to come.
