NEWLY COMPLETED PROJECT! Phase One and our sister company, Azalea Building Group, recently wrapped up this full home renovation and ADU addition near Lake Katherine. The main house project included rearranging the lower level to create a better space for the owner’s sons, converting a bedroom to a laundry and walk-in closet in the primary suite, and updating finishes, fixtures, and cabinetry throughout the home. The new construction ADU provided entertaining and storage space.

This family lake house was stuck in the 1970s, complete with s**g carpet and wood paneling. However, Phase One and our partners, Haven and Harbor Interiors and Morris Homebuilders transformed the home into a chic but cozy cabin retreat.
Phase One created a new, more functional floor plan for the home, including a first-floor laundry and an updated primary suite. Haven and Harbor led the interior design and cabinetry. Now, this beautiful lake home will continue to serve the family for years to come.
