We tore down a 20x20 addition that was built out of code and without a permit and replaced it with a 16x16 addition that included a fireplace, a driveway addition, gutters all the way around the house, and a new patio. This project was built in conjunction with Max Home Solutions, who always provide the finishing touches!!!

We just finished this 900 square foot Deckoratros Summit Glacier Grey deck with cable railings. Then we built a 600-square-foot roof with white vinyl siding, 6 LED eyeball lights, and two ceiling fans. Next, we added the rain escape system to dry in underneath the deck with white vinyl siding, 14 LED's, a shower, and two storage rooms with 14 LED's. Check out the video!!!!

This is the second deck we rebuilt for Mrs.
Beane and her family. Notice how we squared it up and made it so they can actually walk out their side door!!! Plus, we extended all steps to include an extra board so that you have plenty of room to land. Zach and Landon worked very hard in the heat to come in on time and within budget. Thanks to all!!!

We replaced on old rotted balcony with new pressure treated wood, Deckorators saltwater grey composite, and wrapped the deck in white Veranda PVC. Max Home Solutions did a fine job with all the labor on this one!!!

Here is another Deckorators sandbar brown deck with black composite railings and a plastic-covered pergola. Notice how the bottom is closed in wth composite decking. After the rain clears up, we will paint the interior rafters black!!! Thanks to all who assisted with this project, especially Max Home Solutions at the end, who came in and did a professional staining job! The client loves it!!!!
