What started as a water-damage insurance repair in a North Loop riverfront condo became a chance to make this downtown loft truly work better than before - new full bath, fully tiled bathrooms, and a handful of comfort and code fixes along the way. Bold Color in a Sea of White. 🎨
Most of the time, our job involves making a space feel larger and lighter with neutrals. But for this project in Roseville, the homeowner wanted energy.
As a professional graphic designer, they didn't want "close enough." We went through multiple rounds of custom color matching to nail this specific "Coca-Cola Red" finish.
But the real challenge wasn't the color—it was the layout. With 7 windows and 3 doorways, the kitchen was basically a hallway. We created a peninsula "cockpit" to give the cook a secluded zone without closing off the room.
