1. The Final Countdown: The Clock Strikes Midnight Tonight! ☀️📋
Today is June 30th, which means you are officially staring down the final hours of our June Summer-Prep Promotion. If you have been lagging on getting a finicky circuit looked at, fixing a dead outlet, or making sure your panel can safely handle the massive July heatwaves, the time to pull the trigger is right now.
Until midnight tonight, you can lock in $100 off our regular master-level diagnostic and safety inspection fee. For $250 (normally $350), you get the actual owners of the business at your door for a full hour of high-level troubleshooting.
Why we're built different: The big corporate franchises love waiting until your AC trips the main breaker in July so they can hit you with massive dispatch fees and force you into a $500 corporate upsell script. We don't play those games. In most cases, our regular flat-rate diagnostic fee is all it takes to get simple repairs completely wrapped up. No hidden fees, no pressure.
2. Calling All Local Tradesmen: Let’s Build Something Bigger 🛠️🏫
As many of you know, we’ve been working behind the scenes on our upcoming Homeowner Electrical Essentials Classes to teach our neighbors how to handle basic, everyday adjustments safely while keeping hard-earned money in their pockets.
But we want to take this a step further. We are looking to collaborate with other local, forward-thinking trade owners—specifically in HVAC and Plumbing—to build a completely rounded, comprehensive homeowner academy for first-time buyers, our recently retired neighbors, and anyone else who wants to learn how and what you can (and can't) SAFELY and legally do before you need to call a professional.
Let’s be real: Some corporate franchises (the big names we all know) look at this kind of education/community building as "throwing away easy service calls." We see it completely differently; We believe that empowering our community builds unshakeable, lifelong trust. When you teach a homeowner how to safely change a toilet flapper or swap an HVAC filter, or reset a breaker/gfci you aren't losing an easy job—you are securing a lifelong client who will call you the second a major, real emergency hits, and not try to fix it and mess it up more.
