Just in time for football season, we’re proud to highlight one of our recently completed general contracting projects: The Sportsbook Bar & Grill Colorado Springs, recently named Best Bar & Restaurant Project by Commercial Integrator. 🏈🏆

Bringing their fourth location, and first in Colorado Springs to life was an incredible collaborative effort. As general contractor, our team delivered the complete physical buildout, from heavy MEP coordination for a full commercial kitchen and 32-tap draft system, to custom framing for a massive 37.8-foot LED video wall.

A huge thank you to the Sportsbook team for trusting us with their expansion, and to our partners at Logic Integration for their award-winning work on the AV systems.

💬 Have you stopped by the new location to catch a game yet? Let us know what you think of the finished space!

Last week, members of our team gathered at the UCCS Downtown classroom for an insightful Lunch & Learn to dive deep into commercial construction permitting in Colorado Springs.

Project Executive Phil Riggs and Assistant Project Manager Kenny Sarfaty led a presentation on navigating the region’s three core approval tracks:
• Development Plans via the City of Colorado Springs
• Utility Drawings via Colorado Springs Utilities
• Building Permits via the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department
By exploring master timelines, agency hand-offs, and critical pre-application steps, attendees gained valuable strategies to anticipate delays and streamline project delivery for our clients.

Thank you to Phil and Kenny for sharing their expertise, to Modern Market Eatery for the great lunch, and to everyone who joined! 💡

There's a point in every project where it stops being plans and starts becoming real. CityROCK North just hit that point, steel is up, the frame is rising, and it's now visible from I-25 and Interquest! Excited to see it continue to take shape in the months ahead.

Downtown Colorado Springs is getting a new sports bar. Downtown Colorado Springs

We issued permits for a Sportsbook Bar and Grill inside the Springhill Suites and Element Hotel at S. Tejon and Costilla.

It's a $1 Million commercial interior finish project to bring this popular sports bar to the Pikes Peak region.
