Why is this video so relaxing to watch?

“Go touch grass” might be an expression used as an insult these days… but it’s actually pretty good advice!

Spending time around grass and green spaces has been linked to lower stress, improved mood, better focus and even better sleep. The sights, sounds and feeling of nature give our brains a break from the constant stimulation of everyday life. Even simply walking barefoot through the grass can be a calming sensory experience that helps you slow down and reconnect with your surroundings.

In this generation, we truly forget to take the time to just breathe and connect with nature. I get it! It’s not always easy to go hike or spend a weekend in the mountains when life gets busy. But connecting with nature can be as simple as sitting in your own backyard for 10–20 minutes a day.

So if you’re too busy with family, work and everyday life to go “touch grass,” here’s my advice…

Let us bring nature to you 🌱

Call us and create your own little backyard sanctuary. You’ll thank us later. 💚

Watch years of hard work leave the farm in 29 seconds!
And we wouldn’t have it any other way. Every roll of sod that leaves our farm takes a little bit of our pride with it. There’s nothing we love more than watching something we’ve grown and cared for become part of someone else’s home.

Ever wondered how your rolls of sod get stacked onto the pallets?

It takes a specialized harvesting machine that cuts, rolls, and loads each piece of fresh sod directly onto pallets all in one continuous process.

This keeps the sod fresh, efficient to handle, and ready for pickup or delivery to your home.

From our fields to your yard, every roll is carefully harvested so you get the freshest Kentucky bluegrass possible.
