Zip system is the way to go! The zip tape and liquid flashing are a must for Tinyhomes, no better products. We probably use about 6 tubes of liquid flashing just around the fenders of the trailer to prevent water intrusion. Hi, my name is Macy Miller. For the past several years, I’ve been working, alongside many others, to create a legitimate, durable path for relocatable tiny homes to be recognized in the International Residential Code (IRC), the model building code used across the United States. There is a current proposal going before the International Code Council (ICC) at the end of April that would create that durable pathway, if approved.

What is in the Tinyhouse shop on this wonderful Tuesday in April? A few Tinyhouses! Since we post a lot of Cedar houses as they are popular with our customers, here is one in the shop right now with DiamondKote engineered siding in which our customers get to pick their colors! Cascade blue with Onyx trim! The roof arrives Thursday and is a silver color which will lighten up the outside. 💙🖤

Working with a high quality team that cares about each stage of our builds reinforces the integrity in our work for our customers ♡. Look how great the insulation came out in this custom 26' Tiny.
