It's been a busy summer for us with the shop build plus completing a custom 26' in June and our super cute bougie Pike model, a 16' with a 2' bump out in July. We didn't really show off either build so we will get pictures posted! The newest build that just started is a BIG ONE. Sometimes people walk through our door with a dream. Some dreams are more difficult than others to make happen, but if there is a will, there is usually a way! The pictures are deceiving, this little Tiny Tank we built was climbing a mountain. 🤔🏞🫣⛰️🫡🏡 😊🏕 You definitely don't want just anyone building your dream. Austin has technically been part of 3 Tinyhome building companies, owned his own Tinyhome company for 8 years this month, and has literally touched over 650 Tinyhome builds in his 12 year career.

When we build for our customers, there are a few non negotiables for us. Codes and Safety are the top priority then comes good decision making with the layout/floorplan. So things like putting doors over wheel wells are a big no for us. Why? Because we have the experience to know better! You will have problems with your door and that is not something we want for our customers. Notice we didn't say "you might have issues" we said "you will have issues". When you have the education and experience of over 600 Tinyhome builds, there are just some things a good, ethical builder will say no to. Curious of other things we say no to? Ask and we will share a few more things we will not do.

Zip system is the way to go! The zip tape and liquid flashing are a must for Tinyhomes, no better products. We probably use about 6 tubes of liquid flashing just around the fenders of the trailer to prevent water intrusion. Tiny Building Experts is known for exceeding requirements and our build methodologies are purposefully designed so your home can handle the elements it lives through. $240 spent now in your build will save you thousands later!
