Bathroom Remodel: removed tub and shower, and constructed a curbless entry shower stall for wheelchair access with schluter shower pan components. I shortened the vanity to one sink and built a pony wall to create access. 12x24 on floors and walls, mosaic on the pan. Sunrise shower plumbing fixtures in black, standard metal edging, pearl Grey grout and calking, new toilet with bidet, matched texture and paint on the new drywall.

Demo day: tub and shower are going away and being replaced with a curbless entry shower for wheelchair access.

This house was built about 2005. The windows let alot of natural light into this bathroom, which is nice. Unfortunately, they also let water get behind the walls and eventually to the subfloor underneath which was rotted out by this time. After removing these windows from the wet zone, we can install the proper waterproofing needed to protect the structure and new tile work.
