A large commercial retail rooftop in Centennial, Colorado, underwent a full solar retrofit as part of a roof replacement, creating the need for a mounting solution that could work with a new TPO membrane, reduce ballast and deliver strong performance in a high-wind region.

The project included a 1.7 MW DC rooftop solar array with 3,360 modules, installed using a mechanically attached, roof-friendly mounting approach designed to help streamline installation while maintaining a watertight connection.

For the project team, the result was a faster, safer installation process with less heavy material handling and dependable hold-down strength for long-term rooftop solar performance.
