Our customer in Colorado Springs, CO wanted to install a car lift in his garage, but he had a garage door that only opened up to 10ft, so we high-lifted his garage door from 10ft all the way to the ceiling to 14ft. We engineered a new track, cables, spring system to make this project possible. In addition, we added a wall mount opener that will not interfere with the high rise of the garage door. Great project!

One of the most common service call we get is broken torsion spring.
A torsion spring have an certain amount of cycles of movement. Most Springs built to do 10000 cycles. when we get to two system springs and just one spring broken we recommend to replace the two springs from the simple reason the other old spring already did same amount cycle as the broken one and will brake.
Another benefit to change the two springs is that it take the same amount of labor to do so you only pay extra for the part.
* In this job we got a broken spring and the customer was trying to use the opener to open the door because the car was locked in the garage.
* The opener bracket broke of the wall
* we first replaced the springs and inspect all parts this way we can manually open the door.
* Then we reinforce the opener bracket and adjust it.
Problem solved 👍
