We are so excited to welcome you to the Parade of Homes one week from today.
There’s something very special about seeing homes like these come together. Every room was designed intentionally, every detail was chosen for a reason, and next Friday we finally get to open the doors and share both of them with you.
This year, we have two homes in the Parade, and we’re incredibly proud of both. They’re very different from one another, but each one reflects the level of design, craftsmanship, and detail we care so much about at Elk Ridge Custom Homes.
The 2026 Parade of Homes runs September 11–27, Wednesday through Sunday, from 10am–6pm.
Come see both homes, and get a closer look at what we’ve been working on. We can’t wait to welcome you.

A powder room doesn’t need much space to make a strong impression.
This powder room vanity features a hammered metal vessel sink within a chiseled edge countertop atop a floating wood vanity base.
The elegant black fixture ties everything together to give a small part of this space a lot of personality.

Some details don’t need to compete for attention. They just need to be done right.
These exposed beams bring warmth, texture, and a sense of permanence to an otherwise clean, bright space. Paired with the black iron lighting and high windows, they create a balance that feels both refined and comfortable.
And that’s what good custom design should do. Every material, proportion, and connection should feel intentional, while the finished space still feels natural and easy to live in.
A custom home isn’t made special by adding more. It’s made special by choosing the right details and giving them room to stand out.
