NOW HIRING: Irrigation Winterization Technician / Route Driver
Pay: $25–$35/hr based on experience & production

The Job:
We’re looking for an experienced, dependable technician to run residential sprinkler blowout routes this fall.
After extensive training on our processes and company values. You’ll be assigned a company truck and compressor. This is an independent position. We’re looking for someone who can manage their day, take care of customers, solve problems in the field, and maintain a steady pace without micromanagement.
For the right person, this does not have to end when winterization season does.
We have year-round opportunities involving irrigation service and repair, drainage, outdoor lighting, gutters, seasonal services, and more. We provide training for people who want to learn, make more money, and build a career with us.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Running residential sprinkler blowout routes independently
* Safely operating tow-behind/high-volume air compressors
* Completing thorough, damage-free winterizations
* Managing your route through our mobile software
* Communicating professionally with homeowners
* Taking care of your assigned truck, compressor, tools, and equipment
Who We're Looking For :
* At least 1 season of irrigation, landscaping, or similar field-service experience
* Sprinkler blowout/winterization experience strongly preferred
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Comfortable driving a truck and towing equipment
* Able to work independently and troubleshoot problems in the field
* Reliable, punctual, and willing to work hard during our busy season
* Professional and comfortable working directly with homeowners
