Meridian Ranch — Side Pathway + Irrigation Repairs

We just wrapped up a clean upgrade in Meridian Ranch, where the homeowner wanted a new side pathway to improve access around the property and tie into their existing layout. We removed the sections that needed to be re‑poured, re‑graded the area for proper flow, and installed a fresh, durable pathway that blends seamlessly with the rest of the concrete.

While we were on site, we also moved through the property’s dripline and spray irrigation zones. A handful of components needed attention, so we repaired leaks, replaced damaged heads, and corrected coverage to make sure each zone was running efficiently before we finished up.

The final result is a clean, functional upgrade that improves access and ensures the irrigation system is operating the way it should.

Three‑Tiered Wall + 6,000 Sq Ft Driveway
Progress Update — This One Is Hard to Capture 📸🔥

Some projects are so massive that photos barely do them justice — and this three‑tiered engineered wall system is one of them. When you’re standing on site, the scale hits you immediately. The elevation changes, the length of each tier, the way the walls wrap and connect into the future driveway… it’s the kind of build you have to walk to fully appreciate.

But even with the challenge of capturing it all in images, the progress is undeniable.

Over the past couple of weeks, our crew has been grinding nonstop, and we’re now just about finished with all three tiers. The only remaining section is where the walls tie directly into the 6,000 sq ft driveway — and that transition is going to be one of the cleanest parts of the entire project.

Today marks another major milestone:
Concrete framing for the driveway begins.
And starting Tuesday, we begin pouring one of the largest residential driveways we’ve ever built.

Our latest project in beautiful GlenEagle is officially complete, and the before/during/after photos tell the whole story. What started as a failing, crumbling driveway with drainage issues has now been rebuilt into a clean, strong, long‑lasting driveway designed to perform for years.

This project included over 2,000 sq ft of new gray brushed concrete along with fully rebuilt drainage culvert walls to stabilize the entry and protect the property from future erosion.

We are inching closer to completing our biggest job of 2026! Today we took out over 5000 sqft of an old failing driveway while continuing to make progress on this massive three tiered retaining wall . Fully engineered and built accordingly . The new driveway will be roughly 20 ft wider and require about 250 tons of compacted structural fill.

Mulligan Project — Major Progress Update
Our Most detailed Structural Build of 2026 Is Taking Shape 💪🏗️

This week brought another huge milestone on our biggest and most technically detailed project of the year — and the progress photos say it all.

After removing 500 tons of dirt from the backyard and completing the 700 sq ft retaining wall with inset steps, our crew has officially moved to the front yard… and things are moving fast.

Here’s what’s been accomplished so far:

• Two 400 sq ft front‑yard walls are nearly complete
• Forming, elevations, and structural prep are locked in
• Tomorrow we begin laying base for the third tier of this massive wall system
• That final wall will include 250 tons of compacted structural fill and multiple layers of Geo‑Grid for long‑term stability and engineered strength

Once the wall system is finished, we roll into the last phase — a brand‑new 6,000 sq ft driveway, full curb work, and custom Trex deck stepping to elevate the entryway.

This project is a perfect example of what happens when design, engineering, and craftsmanship all come together. The transformation is already dramatic, and the final result will be nothing short of incredible.

Another quick Monument project in the books — and finished just in time before these crazy rains rolled through.

Yesterday we squeezed in a clean, simple upgrade for a homeowner looking to make their gazebo area more functional and weather‑ready. Our team installed a grey brushed concrete pad under the gazebo along with a matching side pathway to tie the space together.

Broadmoor driveway #2 — another full rebuild done the right way.

Right next door to the last project we shared, this driveway was also the original pour from decades ago — cracked, sinking, and pushed out of alignment from years of aggressive tree‑root growth. A massive 60' pine tree had to be removed, and its stump was ground out before we could even begin correcting the grade and rebuilding the driveway properly.

Once the site was cleared, our team got to work:

• Full removal of the failing, root‑damaged driveway
