Federal roofing project in georgia, I am tier 1 directly under the prime
Scope listed below, I want to work directly with installers.
Kings Bay Base Georgia
-Avg building 61 sq ,
-5/12,
-1 layer
-remove asphalt architectural
- replace synthetic underlayment
-replace ice and water
-Remove and replace step flash,
- remove and replace ridge vent.
-install pipe boots
-All materials furnished and roof loaded
-6 nail and snap lines on shingles
-Replace any bad sheets of decking
-sheds 1-4 sq avg
-remove and replace rolled roofing

-We supply PPE.
-need hard hats , glasses, vest, yo yo tie offs and harness only.
-work boots for guys working the ground
-stakes and caution tape needed along with caution comes.
-dump trailer and tools required
-we can supply housing
-Pays every Friday for completed jobs
Avg shed 1-4 sq
-all buildings 1-2 story
