Details matter. Showers done correctly are not cheap, but not nearly as expensive as showers done poorly. Poorly constructed showers lead to water intrusion, mold, and early failure often within a couple of years. Mold remediation alone can be thousands of dollars. We warranty all of our work for 1 year. Our shower systems are fully waterproof and have a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer.

Small 1-3": 495
Med 4-15": 29
Large 15"+: 8

Total: 532...and I'm sure we may have missed a few in our count!

We see some stuff, but this one…well, we will need to be extra careful not to scuff up the walls during demo. This was done by a tenant that was evicted. There is even sheathing seperating from the wall framing and damage to the siding outside the master bedroom.

Condo update: Coordinating tasks and materials in a small space is challenging and slows a project down, but we are making progress and on schedule so far.

02/07/2025

Demo is complete on the condo project. We started drywall repairs which includes scraping adhesive left behind from removing the paneling, then skim coat and texture.
