Garage framing is officially underway. The main beam is set, walls are going up, and the crew is locking everything in—checking elevations, keeping it square, and making sure every connection is solid 🔨📐

We’re wrapping up backfill and preparing for the foundation slab pour. Once the slab is down, garage framing will follow shortly after 🏗️ Momentum is building, and this one is moving quickly.

Underground utilities is one of those phases that doesn’t produce much visual appeal, but it sets the foundation for everything that comes next. 🚧

When there’s a plan in place, we follow it. That’s important, because even small deviations at this stage can lead to future problems. Our job as the general contractor is making sure what’s happening in the field matches what’s shown in the plans.

Protecting the plan helps protect the homeowner. Doing it right the first time matters. ✅

We were out pushing through excavation even as the snow started coming down. Progress doesn’t always wait for perfect conditions, and neither does this team.

Really thankful for a group of hard workers who show up, dig in, and get it done no matter what the day throws at us 💪

Walking back in on a Monday and seeing the progress from last week never gets old. New cabinets are in, the drywall is hung, and the flooring is down — the living room and kitchen at The Prospect are officially starting to feel like a home.
