Details, details, details. This week at our Cucharras St project we got the bathroom vanity fully assembled and installed, leveled and installed pantry shelves, applied the final silicone bead on the shower doors, and finalized the closet shelving layout.

The finish work is what makes a house feel like home. 🏡✨

Most people never see what goes into a building before the drywall goes up — but this is where quality lives. This week our crews were deep in the work at our Pikes Peak Ave project: running fire suppression pipe throughout the lower level, installing ductwork in the attic sanctuary, sealing vents, and routing fresh air intake systems.

This is the stuff that keeps buildings safe and comfortable for decades. 👷

Progress doesn't stop, even when the storms roll in! ⛈️

Back at our Pikes Peak project — our fire sprinkler crew knocked out their lower level runs and started pipe assembly for the upper level — big milestone on that front!

Meanwhile, our HVAC team was up in the attic sealing and routing duct, building fresh air intake runs to the classrooms, and planning ductwork for the sanctuary. Two trades, firing on all cylinders, all week long.

Wrapping up the details that make all the difference. ✨

This project is in its final stretch! The team finished baseboard install, got the vanity assembled, applied the final silicone bead on the shower doors, leveled and installed pantry shelves, and got the landscaping and driveway scope locked in with the client.

Every little detail matters, and this one is coming together beautifully. Stay tuned — this project is almost done! 🎉

Finish work is where a house becomes a home. 🏡

Over at our Cucharras project, the team has been deep in finish mode — flooring install wrapped up and it's looking great, countertop templating is done, cabinets are going in, and the pantry is taking shape.

Oh, and the roofing inspection? Passed. ✅

We love reaching these milestones — it means we're getting close to handing over a beautiful finished space to a very happy client.

Another day, another early start! 🔨

The team was on site this morning at our Pikes Peak project. While our site supervisor opened up and got everything dialed in, our HVAC crew was hard at work finishing up furnace registers, stub outs, and applying duct sealant — and our fire sprinkler team kept pushing vertical runs in the lower level while prepping pipe construction for the upper level.

Multiple trades, one goal — keep this project moving! 💪

Flooring is officially going in on our Model 3G+ — and we are SO close to the finish line! 🏠✨

There's something about watching the floors drop in that just makes everything click. The space goes from a construction zone to a home right before your eyes, and honestly? We love this part.

The 3G+ has been an incredible build and we cannot wait to show you the final product. This one is going to turn some heads. 🔥

Phase 1 is done and we're moving right along on our Model 1G, known as The Monument. The lap siding is going up and those little details — like that black barn light next to the door — are already giving it so much character. 😍
