Honest. Affordable. Understanding. Where do I even start? We had a flood downstairs due to a main sewer drain backup, and unfortunately, it felt like everyone I contacted was trying to take advantage of the situation and charge astronomical amounts. Then I finally stumbled upon this company and decided to call. I am so glad I did! Mr. Jonathan is a phenomenal individual. He is not in this business to take advantage of people during a difficult and stressful time. I explained to him that I have kiddos with special needs, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly cleaned, sprayed, and safe for my kids and me. He kept giving me helpful tips, reassurance, and advice, making sure I knew everything was going to be okay. He even sorted/seperated through all of my wet and destroyed belongings, including my kids boxes of diapers and it was so helpful. I mean, he really, truly cares. He works with you, not against you. He was understanding, compassionate, patient, and incredibly fair throughout the entire process. To top it off, he is a veteran too! As a military family, that meant so much to us. We felt supported and cared for not taken advantage of.... In a time when we were already overwhelmed and stressed, having someone genuinely care about our family made such a huge difference. Mr. Jonathan went above and beyond, and we will never forget that. I cannot recommend this company enough. If you ever find yourself dealing with a stressful situation like we did, give them a call.... he will guide you! You will be so glad you did!
