One step closer to being able to start painting!! I had to replace the siding on the garage due to water damage on the boards at the bottom and on the joints.

After fighting the weather we had last week, I was able to finish this deck repair and painting project out in Divide, CO.

The old railing boards were bad and needed replaced and repainted and added some color to the fascia and soffits of the house as well!

Today was a first for me and wont be the last!

I installed a garage door opener, installed a new doorbell *the previous one wasn't wired/connected* and removed some ply wood underneath some carpet so the door can close better! All in a days work!

After fighting with the rain we have been having. I was finally able to finish the porch I started 🙌
My customer had some soft spots, due to water not being able to get through the joints and rotted some boards out. I pulled every board up and replaced them along with the cross support joist underneath.

Hard to tell but I sprayed some clear coat onto this new fence that was installed!

I completed an exterior painting job but this one was a first for me, my customer asked me if I could roll everything instead of spraying. So of course I accepted the challenge and I will say, I am surprised I haven't done this before! The outcome was beautiful and the attention to detail that is needed makes it all worth it in the end!

* They hired someone else to start the job and unfortunately the were fired due to not following the simple instructions, let alone they used 4 different color paints on this house that weren't even the correct color!*
