His is an update from a previous review. I've been using Incredible HVAC for the past three years. They continue to provide excellent customer service. I really feel their care about their customers and the service they provide. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and they give you every opportunity to ask any questions that come to mind. We were thrilled to get a phone call from Choice Waste Services a couple months ago wanting to help us give back to our community!

For years, Incredible HVAC has donated $25 from every tune-up to the Colonial Heights Food Pantry, and Choice Waste Services reached out wanting to MATCH our tune-up donations from June and July!

It’s always great when another local business steps up and wants to make an even bigger impact right here in our community.
