Why experience matters when installing a metal roof.

With multiple roof planes, valleys, dormers, and varying pitches, a roof like this requires a lot more than simply putting down sheets of metal.
Every transition has to be measured, cut, flashed, and installed correctly to create a roof that not only looks good, but performs the way it should for years to come.

This 2 story home looks great with galvalume metal.

Metal roofing is one of KO Construction’s specialties, and we’re proud to take on the simple roofs and the complicated ones.

Thinking about replacing your roof?

Metal roofing is one of our specialties at KO Construction, and there’s a reason so many homeowners are choosing it.

A properly installed metal roof can last 2–4 times longer than traditional shingles, making it a great long-term investment in your home.

Metal roofs can withstand wind gusts up to 140 mph and severe hail!

Metal roofing is also noncombustible and many systems carry a Class A fire rating!

Metal roofing reflects solar radiant heat, which can help reduce cooling costs during the summer.

So many color options to choose from to complement your home perfectly!

But just like any roof, the quality of the metal matters as well as the installation!

That’s why we get our metal roofing locally from RDT Metal Works in Meridian, MS, a supplier we trust for quality metal roofing materials. RDT is known as the best metal distribution company around!

If you’ve been thinking about replacing your roof and aren’t sure whether metal is the right choice, give us a call or send us a message. We’d be happy to come take a look and give you a free estimate.

It’s all in the details. 🔨✨

Sometimes you don’t have to change the layout of a home to completely change how it feels.

This hallway went from dark and dated to bright and custom with new doors, flooring, crown molding and upgraded craftsman-style trim. We carried those custom details throughout the home with enhanced window and doorway trim for a more finished, built-in look.

Small details can make a BIG difference.

🔨 Custom solutions make all the difference.

Not every remodel goes exactly according to plan—and sometimes the space calls for a custom solution.

When the new range hood wouldn’t fit the existing space, we built a custom surround along with a smaller cabinet to make everything fit seamlessly. Finished with a new tile backsplash, that gives clean and cohesive. The result looks like it was designed that way from the beginning.

It’s details like these that can take a remodel from standard to truly custom.
