Unfortunately for this customer, we would have to tear out the entire floor framing system and get it replaced with proper piers and beams, a v***r barrier, and an dehumidifier. We also can't forget the drainage w/ pump..

If you are going to replace your hardwood floors, its best to have the crawl space evaluated for any humidity and moisture issues. Because you may end up paying for it twice!
