We replaced the vanity with a new 6’ double sink model, crafted from birch wood and adorned with gold hardware, soft-close hinges, and a Carrara marble top. The faucets, Kohler brand, feature a matte black finish. Furthermore, two gold trim mirrors were newly installed. The light fixture utilizes LED technology with a black matte finish. We replaced the door hardware with a Schlage lever style door handle with black matte finish. We also removed the existing floor tile and replaced with ceramic tile that compliments the new fixtures. Our client chose Sherwin Williams platinum paint for the bathroom walls.

We modified the existing shower opening to make it larger and deeper, incorporating a lower curb for better accessibility. By utilizing large format tiles, grout requirements were significantly reduced. The installation of a corner bench and built-in tile niche added functionality, while a new vanity was also put in place.

Our client requested a deck conversion to a year-round space. We removed the existing decking and installed a 3/4” subfloor. The floor was insulated and walls were framed. Drywall was installed, along with eight new double-hung windows and a fiberglass full-view French door featuring a privacy shade between the glass. Interior trim was also installed. Ceiling fans were replaced with six new recessed lights. Luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed. The walls and trim were primed and painted, and bamboo privacy shades were added.
