Gorski Engineering served as Design-Builder for the 12,000-square-foot Koaxis headquarters in Schwenksville, Pennsylvania. The portfolio project features geothermal heating and cooling, a cool roof, and windows that bring natural light into the workplace.

🌊 Old building. Remarkably different work inside.

PORTFOLIO SPOTLIGHT: VideoRay’s headquarters project in Pottstown, Pennsylvania.

Gorski Engineering renovated a former furniture store into research, manufacturing, testing and office space while retaining the building’s character.

One distinctive feature: a 5,500-gallon concrete-and-glass test tank designed and constructed by Gorski personnel for the underwater-camera manufacturer.

🚒 A fire station supports much more than the apparatus inside it.

PORTFOLIO SPOTLIGHT: Limerick Fire Company in Limerick, Pennsylvania.

Gorski Engineering provided design-assist services to KCBA Architects and constructed this 20,000-square-foot station. Alongside its five-bay, double-deep drive-through engine room, the building includes office and support spaces for training, fitness, meals and rest.

The project shows how the everyday needs of an emergency-response team shape a facility’s purpose.

🏭 Different functions. One thoughtfully planned facility.

PORTFOLIO SPOTLIGHT: MP Filtri USA, Inc. in Quakertown, Pennsylvania.

Gorski Engineering constructed this 58,975-square-foot warehouse and office building, combining 44,135 square feet of warehouse space with 14,840 square feet of finished offices.

The project also includes an entry vestibule and a second-level mezzanine. It’s a concrete example of a facility bringing operational and office needs together under one roof.
