🌳 Trees Can Be Tough on Your Roof
After a storm, don’t just look at the trees—take a close look at your roof, too.
Strong winds can cause branches and limbs to damage shingles, flashing, gutters, and other parts of your roofing system.
Look for signs such as:
• Missing, cracked, or damaged shingles
• Scratches or impact marks on the roof
• Damaged flashing around vents and chimneys
• Gutters or roof edges that have been hit by branches
• Visible debris or damage from fallen limbs
Even if the damage doesn't appear serious, a small roofing problem can lead to leaks and more expensive repairs later.
If a storm or fallen branch may have damaged your roof, have it inspected before the next big rain.
