We replaced the asphalt roof on this house and the detached garage with CertainTeed Landmark Pro Colonial Slate. 🤩

Paired with a new rain diverter and chimney flashing, this home is ready for whatever Wisconsin's rainy season throws at it!

In a recent episode the Under Construction podcast, we asked Erik & Tanya about their favorite shingles right now. 👀

Unsurprisingly, Erik had plenty to share (all CertainTeed, of course)! Most interesting was his personal experience with Class 4 shingles, which he installed on his own home. After seeing them put to the test against a strong hail storm, he assumed they'd certainly be damaged.

We were happy to work with Brian on this basement buildout, taking the project from a few sketches to completion. 🛠️
