Saturday mornings don’t get much better than this.

We’re incredibly grateful to McGregor Company for trusting Aspen Property Services with the care of their property.

During harvest, there’s something special about mowing lawns while combines are rolling across the golden hills of the Palouse. It’s a reminder of how fortunate we are to work in such a beautiful place and to serve businesses that have been part of this community for generations.

Busy morning for the Aspen Property Services crew!

Today we jumped in to help a client get a rental property cleaned up and ready for new tenants moving in tomorrow. When there’s work to be done, all three of us are ready to roll up our sleeves and get after it.

Whether it’s a rental turnover, an overgrown yard that needs a little TLC, junk removal, or general property cleanup, we’re here to help make quick work of it.

First bigger commercial job in the books for Aspen Property Services.

A lot of sweat on some steep hillsides today, but seeing it cleaned up at the end made it worth it. These kinds of opportunities mean a lot when you’re building something from the ground up after your normal 9–5. ( 7-3:30 actually)

Grateful for the people giving us a shot. Fingers crossed for an even bigger opportunity next week.

Aspen Community Cares

Up and at it by 6:30 this morning.

No invoice. No expectations. Just showing up.

We spent the morning out on a property that needed some attention—getting things cleaned up, knocked down, and headed in the right direction. Out here with the sun coming up, equipment running, and just putting in honest work… it’s a good reminder of what this is all about.

At Aspen Property Services LLC, we’re building more than a business, we’re building something that gives back.

This is part of our Aspen Community Cares Project, and it won’t be the last one.

Love this lawn, the view and the customers are the best .

This is the time of year where everything starts waking up, and what you do now sets the tone for the whole season.

We’re not out here mowing just to mow,
we’re mowing when it’s actually needed to help the lawn thicken up, stay healthy, and look its best.

A few simple things go a long way right now:
• First mow at the right height (don’t scalp it)
• Once you get that sprinkler system turned on, make sure everything’s hitting where it should
• Start thinking about feeding your lawn so it fills in strong

Take your time early… and it pays off all summer

Kelan’s been putting in some serious work on this one… and it’s starting to come together 🔥

What used to be a plain rock wall is slowly turning into something pretty dang cool. We’ve got the base shaping up, lighting dialed in, and the vision is coming to life.

Still more to go (and a few curveballs along the way 😅), but this is one of those projects that reminds us…

👉 We’re not just a lawn care company , we’re a property services company.
