After vs Before the 3Ps: Powerwashing, Priming and Painting the chicken coops @ CD Farm Dream Acres. Colors matched to the house siding (spray painted) and trim (hand brushed). Upkeeping your outbuildings is important!

Designed, built and installed my first paint grade entertainment built in cabinet unit with a little help from my cousin 💪🏻🔨 Located in a mansion right next to the beautiful Dark Horse Golf Course, these cabinets function as a home office, storage and frame a TV.

The base cabinets were constructed out of maple melamine with poplar faceframes and the upper shelving cabs out of MDF also with poplar face frames. Unit is roughly 12 ft long and 12 ft high and 16 inches deep. There is a desk for a computer on the left and the base cabinets have shaker doors which I made (first time making cabinet doors!).

The whole unit will be painted black by a profession painter and then I will install scribe trim where needed.
This job was a lot of work and fun, hoping for more like it!

A little deck project for the grandparents. The old deck rotted away and the space has sat here deckless for 20 years! They figured it was finally time to build a new one.

Treated wood 8x10 frame built with Headlok screws and covered with Fiberon Forrest Brown composite boards. Redwood railing stained with “Chocolate” SuperDeck.

Starting 2026 off with two projects for the same client in the same week.
Project 1: White paint grade shelving for closet using Decoglo on Sande plywood with a poplar 1.5 inch edge and middle support.
Project 2: Repaint existing blue kitchen island dark green with Emerald Urethane trim enamel. I was able to roll/brush on two coats and didn’t even have to break out the paint sprayer!
Looking forward to many more projects this year 💪🏻 🔨

Before and after I finished installing the paneling, oak decorative X and trim in a client’s recessed entryway ceiling. I hand crafted the X out of red oak and the client stained it. Client will install a light in the center.
The space looks way better than the mirror ceiling tiles that were there before! 😅

All new doors and drawer fronts painted Dunn Edward’s Bonnie Blue in true Filipino style 🇵🇭
Original thermo foil face were peeling and cabinets were made up of 3 different door styles and overlays.
Now the space appears as a brighter and more cohesive unit to cook chicken adobo 🥘

Back at Concentra North Sac installing cabinets for Phase 1B. It included a 30+ ft long reception that was curved to match the soffit above it and lockers for their PT room along with a base cabinet heavier than most safes of a similar size. The install took us 3 nights and resulted in another job well done! 💪🏻 🔨
