GET TO KNOW NKT Maintenance and Repair | Meet the Owner - Will Traber 🛠

We wanted you to get to know the person behind NKT Maintenance & Repair and, more importantly, understand why NKT was started in the first place.

Q: What inspired you to start NKT Maintenance & Repair?
A: I kept seeing homeowners wait weeks for small repairs because bigger contractors didn't want the job. I started NKT to be the reliable person who shows up, fixes it right, and treats every home like my own.

Q: What types of projects do you specialize in?
A: Home repairs, maintenance, and small-to-mid-size alterations. The fixes, updates, and punch-list jobs that keep your home safe, functional, and looking its best. That includes drywall, hardwood floor refinishing, carpentry, painting, and bathroom and kitchen remodels.

Q: What sets NKT apart from other contractors?
A: No job is too small, and communication is never an afterthought. You get honest pricing, clear timelines, and quality work you don't have to double-check.

Q: What do you want every customer to know about working with you?
A: I'll always tell you the truth about what your home needs and what it doesn't. I show up when I say I will, clean up when I'm done, and stand behind my work.

That's what NKT is all about.
Reliable work. Straightforward communication. And treating your home like it's our own.

It’s Not Just About the Finished Project... 🛠

When this homeowner needed to create an additional bedroom, NKT Maintenance & Repair handled the project from start to finish, including adding a wall and closet, electrical work, and painting.

Here’s what our client had to say:

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
“Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism demonstrated throughout the project. Time management was excellent, and the project stayed on schedule as discussed.

Communication was a strong point. Will, who was my primary contact, was very responsive, professional, and thorough. He explained each step of the process in detail and kept me informed from start to completion, which made the entire experience stress-free.”

At NKT Maintenance & Repair, we believe quality work is only part of the job. Clear communication, professionalism, and keeping your project on track matter too.
