Another one wrapped up 💪

We installed a full ZIP System on this house to lock it down tight. That sheathing + built-in weather barrier makes a huge difference — seals out moisture, cuts down air leaks, and helps the home stay more energy efficient year round. It’s not just about looks, it’s about building it right from the start.

After that, we came back with Hardie board siding and made this place look straight up BAD ASS. Clean lines, sharp detail work, and built to last. Hardie holds up against Texas heat, wind, and weather — and it flat out upgrades the whole look of a home.
