📍 Coldwater, MI | Full-Time
Can Do Property Management is looking for a dependable Lawn Care Technician to join our team! We provide professional lawn care and property maintenance services for residential and commercial clients throughout the Coldwater area.
If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and can keep up with a productive crew, we’d love to hear from you.
🌱 Job Duties
• Mowing residential and commercial lawns
• String trimming and edging
• Leaf cleanups and seasonal yard work
• Operating lawn care equipment including:
– Zero-turn mowers
– String trimmers
– Edgers
– Hedge trimmers
– Backpack blowers
• Working efficiently with a crew to complete daily routes
📅 Schedule
• Full-time
• Monday – Friday
• 40+ hours per week (weather dependent)
• Seasonal overtime may be available
✅ Requirements
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Punctual, dependable, and hardworking
• Able to work well in a team environment
⭐ Preferred (But Not Required)
• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience
• Experience operating commercial lawn equipment
