We made custom coasters out of walnut for a set of unique glasses. They are finished in Rubio Monocoat Pure.

The zen Den galley was finished last night and we are delighted with how it turned out. The cabinet doors and drawer faces are riff sawn white oak finished with Rubio Monocoat Cotton White, the custom drawer handles are walnut and finished in Monocoat Rubio Pure, the nook wall is micro-cement, the white counter top I cast in GFRC, and Kim Lazer cut the Zen lilly on the post to add a special touch.

We have a van galley that needs drawer and cabinet faces, and we're ready to install. We designed and produced everything custom down to the walnut drawer handles. Rubio Monocoat in cotton white & pure gave them a satiny, rich finish.

I just finished sewing on the last of the magnets on the insulated window covers I made for our Ford Transit campervan and am so glad this project is finished. I realized I should have just purchased widow covers when I was a few weeks and a few hundred dollars into it. I'm happy with the results, although I wish I had made them slightly larger to block the light better.

Who needs trees to build a treehouse when you can make your own, right? The west elevation is finished, and I'm just a day or two away from wrapping up the south dormer and railings. Then I get to move on to the fun part, making the inside amazing. It feels pretty cool to see this crazy dream actually become legit!

Dave and I are playing hooky from client projects for a couple of days to tackle the oxymoronic treeless treehouse. We rocked out the porch ceiling, with some reclaimed flooring Kim and I liberated from Bruce and Charlotte's restaurant. The entrance siding and trim, and north side dormer also got some love. Tomorrow, we're back at it.
