We are looking to add an Office Assistant to help our growing needs. KTE is a family-owned business that has been serving the area for over 80 years. We specialize in aggregates, civil work, and trucking.

The position will assist the current office staff with daily duties, reports, and providing support to other members of the KTE office team. Tasks would include answering phones, assisting customers with orders, processing customer and vendor invoices, and other various tasks. The ideal candidate would be self-driven, can work in a fast-paced environment, and have great attention to detail.

Required Skills:

· Experience in AP and AR job cost coding.

· Attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.

· Maintain confidentiality.

· Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Courteous and tactful when dealing with customers as well as field crews and other office staff.

This is a full-time (in office) position, Monday through Friday. KTE offers 401(K) and 401(K) matching, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Paid Time Off.
