🍂🦺 A little orange goes a long way in Vermont! 🧡

Vermont’s fall foliage catches our attention, and so do ADA’s bright orange safety cones! Both remind us to pay attention—but on the road, that extra awareness can help save lives.

See the orange. Slow down. Stay safe!

Vermont roads can be beautiful—but they can also bring unexpected hazards. Whether it’s wildlife, construction, an event, or changing traffic patterns, road safety starts with being prepared.

At ADA, our traffic control services help keep motorists, pedestrians, workers, and events moving safely. From traffic direction and work zones to special events and crowd control, having the right people in place makes a difference.

🚧 Safety isn’t something you leave to chance.

Come meet us at the Vermont Safety & Health Council 30th Annual Safety Expo on October 27, 2026 at the Killington Grand Resort and learn more about how ADA can help with your traffic-control and safety needs.

🍂 There’s something about fall in Northern Vermont that reminds you that change can be a beautiful thing. The changing leaves are a reminder that seasons change — and so do businesses.

Organizations grow. Teams change. New employees join, others move on, and sometimes processes need to evolve to meet new challenges.

Those changes create an opportunity to take a fresh look at who you’re bringing onto your team and how you’re protecting the people, property, and communities you serve.

At ADA, we help businesses navigate those changes with:
🔹 Background screening & investigations
🔹 Security officers
🔹 Event security
🔹 On-call security services
🔹 Traffic & crowd control

Just as every season brings something new, every organization has its own unique needs. Having the right people in the right roles — and the right security measures in place — can make all the difference.

🍁 Here’s to embracing change, preparing for what’s next, and enjoying the beauty along the way.

It’s the start of National Work Zone Awareness Week (NWZAW). This is an annual event established to better educate the public about safe practices for driving through and around work zones. The goal of NWZAW is to help people recognize the dangers both construction workers and drivers—as well as their passengers—face, and to prevent injuries and fatalities through outreach and education.
