Please join us in wishing Superintendent Dan Williams a well-deserved retirement.

Some of Dan’s most recent projects include the Costello Courthouse Parking Garage Improvements, Copley Hospital’s new Infusion Clinic in Morrisville, and upgrades to the Maple Run Unified School District in Franklin County. Over the years, he also played an important role in overseeing work at the University of Vermont, Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport, Spruce Peak Mountain Resort, and many other projects across the state.

Throughout his 38-year career in construction, Dan has left his mark on projects and communities all across Vermont. His dedication, knowledge, and years of experience have made a lasting impact on the people and projects he has worked with along the way. We are grateful for all he has contributed over the years and wish Dan all the best as he begins this next chapter. Thank you Dan!

A New Era of Readiness in Littleton, NH

Engelberth Construction is proud to have helped bring the new New Hampshire Army National Guard Field Maintenance Shop in Littleton to life.

The 31,800-square-foot, $24 million facility, designed by SAS Architects, nearly quadruples the Guard’s operational capacity, providing modern maintenance bays, administrative space, specialized equipment areas, and infrastructure designed to support mission readiness for decades to come.

Designed with resilience, energy independence, and sustainability in mind, the facility features a rooftop solar array, geothermal wells, and energy-efficient systems. The project also incorporates sustainable building practices and is seeking LEED Silver certification, supporting long-term environmental performance and operational efficiency.

The project was also completed in alignment with Build America, Buy America (BABA) requirements, prioritizing American-made materials and supporting domestic manufacturing and local economic impact.

We’re proud to have played a role in delivering a facility that strengthens New Hampshire’s infrastructure and supports the men and women who stand ready to serve our communities and nation.

Congratulations to the New Hampshire Army National Guard on this important new facility!

We are thrilled to celebrate the official opening of Norwich University's new Cyber Fusion Center! Engelberth was honored to lead the construction of this cutting-edge, 13,000-square-foot facility.

Bringing this purpose-built hub to life was a true collaborative effort. Our project team successfully met strict Build America Buy America (BABA) compliance and tracked meticulous LEED sustainability standards through early collaboration, standardized documentation, and seamless communication with our suppliers and subcontractors.

Working alongside a fantastic design team, including Jones Architecture and Freeman French Freeman, Architects, we constructed a state-of-the-art space where students, researchers, military officials, and industry leaders will unite to tackle tomorrow's digital challenges. This space is set to shape the next generation of cybersecurity leaders in Vermont and beyond!
