Finished up several projects on this property to stabilize and create a more usable space.

The 60’x2’ two tiered wall was a repair where the blocks all fell over that were not properly installed and added steps in the middle.

The 60’x4’ was a new wall to replace a wooden wall that needed to be moved back to allow more level space for access.

Added some steps using Sierra mist sandstone and charcoal limestone blocks to replace a narrow wooden stairs to gain access to the pool Equipment .

Raised and leveled the carport lifting it 2’ setting it on top of 6 limestone blocks which created a 10’ height to the roof.

30’x50’ shop pad done in Colbert! Cut Out 50 yards of sand down to hard pack and backfilled compacted with 65 yards of clay . Ready for concrete!

Installed a 200’x4’ Charcoal Limestone Retaining Wall with a set of steps in Tyler, Texas as well as demoing a shed, removed a tree stump, pool deck, and filled in a pool!

Got a pond dam repaired in Caddo installed a pipe that it didn’t have and shooting proper grade on emergency spillways each end of the dam where it only had one spill way going over the top of the dam that washed it out, Dug a 12’ deep core trench to seal the washed out repaired portion. This should make a 2-3 ac pond once full. Let me know if you have a pond or lake needing repaired or new one built!
